TERMS OF USE

PLAY FAIR.
KEEP IT HUMAN.

Plain-language terms for playing Bleach, using private rooms and voice, creating an optional account, and purchasing cosmetic table features.

LAST UPDATED · AUG 24, 2026

Using Bleach

By using Bleach, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. Bleach provides a browser card game, private rooms, optional voice, optional accounts and stats, and optional cosmetic purchases. If you cannot agree, do not use the service.

Your room, name, and account

Accounts are optional. You are responsible for activity tied to your browser sessions and verified email account. Choose a display name and public handle you have the right to use. Do not impersonate another person or publish personal, hateful, threatening, or unlawful content.

Room codes are private invitations, not strong secrets. Share them only with people you want at the table and open a new room if a code reaches the wrong audience.

Voice and player conduct

Voice chat connects real people. Get consent before sharing somebody else’s conversation, and follow the law where you live. Do not harass players, distribute harmful material, probe other participants’ devices, or use Bleach to organize illegal activity. Hosts control invitations and table membership; players control their own microphone and mute settings.

Fair use of the service

Do not disrupt Bleach, automate abusive traffic, bypass access controls, scrape private rooms, interfere with game state, reverse engineer secrets, or use the service in a way that harms other players or the infrastructure. Access may be limited or removed to protect the game, its users, or legal rights.

Party Pack purchases

Party Pack purchases are optional, one-time digital purchases for cosmetic table features. The complete game remains free. Price, currency, taxes, and payment terms are shown at Stripe checkout before purchase. Access attaches to the guest profile or verified account identified during checkout.

For a duplicate charge, missing entitlement, or refund question, contact play@bleach.city. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Availability and changes

Bleach may change rules, features, prices, limits, or providers and may be unavailable during maintenance or failures. We aim to preserve purchases and stats, but no online service can promise uninterrupted or error-free use. Important rule and policy changes will be reflected on the relevant pages.

Ownership

Bleach’s software, design, writing, branding, and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. President itself is a traditional folk card game. References to its common names and rules do not claim ownership of the underlying game.

Responsibility and limits

Bleach is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent the law permits, the service is offered without implied guarantees and its operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from unavailable rooms, lost game state, user conduct, or third-party services. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
